Brendan Dowd has over 20 years of experience in business development, supply chain management, and inventory planning. Brendan started their career at Spiegel as a Buyer, where they were responsible for sales forecasting and inventory planning. Brendan later joined the product sourcing team, coordinating production from Asian vendors. In 1996, they moved to NTN Bearing Corporation of America, where they worked as a Product Sourcing/Inventory Planning Manager. Brendan then joined Demand Solutions Asia Pacific in 1999 as the Business Development Director and Senior Consultant. Most recently, Brendan has been working as the Director of Business Development at Avercast LLC since 2016. Brendan is responsible for promoting and integrating Avercast forecasting and supply planning software to help companies achieve their supply chain goals.

Brendan Dowd completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Operations from Northeastern Illinois University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Supply Chain from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1988 and 1991. In addition to their degrees, Brendan Dowd also acquired a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS, although the specific dates for this qualification are unknown.
