Kathy Shih has extensive work experience in various roles within the AVer group of companies, starting in 1995. Kathy began their career at AVerMedia Technologies, where they served as the Marketing & Communication Manager before transitioning to the role of Senior Operations Manager and ultimately Director of Operations. In their role as Director of Operations, Kathy was responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.

In 2009, Kathy joined AVerMedia Information, Inc. USA as the Division Director, where they played a pivotal role in setting goals and strategies for the Presentation and Security divisions. Kathy led the sales, marketing, and product management teams, developing go-to-market strategies and establishing strong partnerships with distributors and resellers. Kathy also played a crucial role in defining, developing, and launching new products, as well as implementing product life cycle SOPs to maximize profitability.

Later in 2009, Kathy took on the role of Vice President of Operations at AVer Information Inc. In this position, they oversaw the entire supply chain management process, from product development to channel inventory management. Kathy effectively aligned functional teams, implemented revenue and cost measurement programs, and prepared and monitored annual operation budgets. Kathy also interacted with various departments to optimize workflow and operation efficiency, and partnered with overseas factories on production management and quality control.

Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to achieving business objectives.

Kathy Shih completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1993 to 1995. Kathy later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed between 2007 and 2009.
