Sarah Pace, CAM, CAPS, currently serves as a Regional Manager at Avenue5 Residential since November 2021. Prior experience includes holding the position of Sr. Community Manager at Greystar, where oversight of Hyde Square, a luxury mid-rise community in Bellevue, WA, was key. Sarah has also worked as a Regional Manager Assistant and Property Manager at Thrive Communities, managing a 357-unit lease-up in South Seattle. Previous roles encompass District Manager at Pacific Living Properties, Property Manager at Pillar Properties overseeing two luxury communities in Pioneer Square, and Property Manager for a historic garden-style community in Mercer Island with Pinnacle Family of Companies. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Chet Williams Construction Inc and Essex Property Trust, as well as early career work with Pinnacle Property Management Services.
