Laurie Brashear is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources and diversity initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief HR and Diversity Officer at Avenue5 Residential since 2015, Laurie previously held the position of Chief HR Officer at Riverstone Residential Group, where responsibilities included overseeing cultural change and managing HR functions for a large workforce. Prior roles also include Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Chief People Officer at Stream Global Services and Director of Human Resources at Software Spectrum. Laurie's career began as HR Manager at Alcoa and included a role as International HR Manager at Mary Kay Inc. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Wittenberg University.
