Roberto Lee is the CEO and founder of Avenue. Roberto has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, starting their career as a floor broker and backoffice intern at BBVA. Roberto then went on to become trade desk manager at PATAGON.COM, followed by electronic products architect at Ágora Corretora. In 2005, they co-founded WinTrade Home Broker, where they served as marketing and products director until 2010. Roberto then co-founded Clear Corretora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliários, where they served as CEO until 2017. In January 2015, they joined XP INVESTIMENTOS as executive director - head of technology & marketing, a position they held until May 2017.
