Leutrim Bajraktari has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leutrim began their career in 2013 as the owner of Arctic Skin, a business they operated until 2014. In 2015, they joined Made Foods Inc. as a Store Lead and later promoted to Retail Operations Manager from 2016 to 2017.

In 2012, Leutrim worked as a Bartender at The Palace Theatre until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Fund Analyst at Avenue Living. Leutrim then transitioned to the role of Investor Relations Associate at the same company until 2023. Currently, Leutrim is serving as the Director of Fund Operations at Avenue Living since April 2023.

Leutrim Bajraktari completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a specialization in Financial Analysis from Mount Royal University. Leutrim attended the institution from 2016 to 2020.
