Ed Rock currently serves as the Alternative Delivery Group Lead and Project Manager at Avenue Consultants since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ed Rock accumulated extensive experience at WSP over a span of 16 years, advancing through positions including Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Project Manager. Earlier in Ed Rock's career, valuable experience was gained at the Utah Department of Transportation from 1994 to 2006, holding roles such as Resident Engineer, Design Squad Leader, and Project Design Engineer. Ed Rock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
