Shiela Marie Ino is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Aventus since October 2021, Shiela has previously held the position of Operations Manager at Rocket Station from February to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing client expectations and enhancing operational efficiency. Earlier roles include Operations Supervisor at iQor from July 2017 to January 2021, focusing on performance reviews and developmental coaching, and Workforce Management at Convergys from April 2006 to February 2017.
