Madeleine Monaghan-Golda has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1994, they worked at Reed Exhibition Companies as the Manager of Information Systems, where they oversaw the Help Desk and Training for employees and set up Information Systems at events. From 1997 to 2000, Madeleine served as the Director of Information Technology at Newtown Savings Bank.

Madeleine then transitioned into an academic career, starting as an Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University from 2007 to 2008. Subsequently, at Sacred Heart University, they held the positions of Director of English Language Institute from 2009 to 2016, and concurrently worked as an Adjunct Professor from 2011 to 2014.

In 2016, Madeleine joined Bachson Academy as the Executive Director, responsible for managing school locations, teachers, and students. Madeleine also conducted teacher training for partner schools and facilitated curriculum planning and integration of sheltered English Language into the school curriculum.

In 2013, Madeleine founded their own consulting company, Golda Consulting (madeleinegolda.com), where they focused on professional development training for teachers, staff, and executives. Madeleine specialized in using active listening skills, teaching methodologies, and change management to enhance communication and clarification strategies. Madeleine'straining approach emphasized active listening skills, resonant training techniques, and reflection practices.

Most recently, Madeleine held multiple roles at Stova (formerly Aventri). Madeleine started as the Senior Head of Global Training in February 2018 and currently holds the position. In March 2018, they took on the additional role of Training Manager for the USA region. The end dates for these roles are not provided, indicating that they are still working at Stova.
