Chris Beerworth has a diverse work experience in IT and infrastructure operations. In 1998, they started their career as a Systems Manager at American Iron & Metal (AIM), where they showcased their expertise until 2013. During their time at AIM, Chris held various roles, including Senior Systems Administrator at CN and later, IT Director, Enterprise Architect, and Director of IT Operations and Cybersecurity at AIM itself. Currently, they work as the Director of Infrastructure and Operations at AVENIR GLOBAL since 2023.

Chris Beerworth attended Champlain College Saint-Lambert, although the start and end dates of their studies are unknown. They did not receive a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. In addition to their college education, Chris obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various management and leadership areas. In October 2020, they completed the "Leading at a Distance" and "Management Foundations: Advanced Applications" certifications. In November 2020, they obtained the "Onboarding New Hires as a Manager" certification, followed by the "Motivating and Engaging Employees" certification in December 2020.
