Manuel Salema Reis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2010, they worked as an Accounting Trainee at 3HO, S.A. - Consultadoria, Fusões e Aquisições. Manuel then moved on to EIP - Electricidade Industrial Portuguesa, S.A. in 2011, where they served as a Project Manager. In 2015, they worked as an Inventory Assistant at Variograma. Manuel's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Avenidas in 2016, where they served as Founder & CEO. Under their leadership, Avenidas became one of the top tour operators in Lisbon, offering various services such as tour guiding and concierge services. Most recently, in 2023, they founded another venture called Swingo, where they serve as Founder & CEO.
