Glenn Cook has extensive work experience in the media industry, particularly with the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Glenn started their career with the company in 1996 as a copy editor and later became an Assistant City Editor. From 2000 to 2004, they held the position of Senior Editorial Writer and Columnist. In 2016, Cook became the Managing Editor before eventually being promoted to Executive Editor and Vice President for News in 2018. In 2020, they took on the role of Executive Editor and Senior Vice President for News at the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Prior to their time at the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Cook worked at The Arizona Daily Star as a Copy Editor, Graphic Designer, and Correspondent from 1991 to 1993.
Glenn Cook pursued their undergraduate education from 1988 to 1992 at the University of Arizona. During this time, they focused on Journalism and creative writing, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Later, from 1996 to 1999, Glenn attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas for their postgraduate studies. Glenn obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications.
