Mykyta Nota, FCIArb, currently serves as a Partner at AVELLUM since August 2020, bringing extensive legal expertise to the firm. Prior to this role, Mykyta held various positions including Counsel at Kinstellar from March 2016 to August 2020, and Senior Associate at Avellum Partners from February 2010 to September 2015. Mykyta began the legal career as an Associate at Spenser and Kauffmann law firm from May 2007 to February 2010. Academically, Mykyta attended the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for Central and Eastern Europe from 2014 to 2015 and earned a Master of Laws in Private International Law from the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University between 2007 and 2009, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Kyiv International University from 2003 to 2007.
