Kostiantyn Likarchuk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Senior Partner and Head of International Arbitration at AVELLUM since January 2021, Kostiantyn has previously held the position of Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Kinstellar from February 2016 to December 2020. Kostiantyn's career also includes significant roles such as Deputy Chairman and Director of Ukrainian Customs at the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, and Managing Partner at Melnychenko & Likarchuk, where a focus on commercial legal advice and litigation was developed. Kostiantyn began a legal career as an Associate at The Veritas Law Firm and possesses advanced legal education, including an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and a Master of Laws in International Private Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
