Darin Willardsen, MD, MBA, SFHM, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Horizon Virtual since February 2018 and is an Internal Medicine Physician and Hospitalist at CentraCare Health System since 2000. Willardsen also holds leadership roles as Chief Medical Officer for the Central Minnesota Health Network & ACO, Medical Director of Virtual Health, and Vice President - Chief Medical Information Officer. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences, an Internal Medicine Residency at the same institution, a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota.
