Laleh Jafarpour is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Process Development at Nitto Avecia since May 2007. Laleh has held various roles within the company, including Process Development Senior Group Leader, Process Development Group Leader, and Process Development Senior Chemist. Prior to Nitto Avecia, Laleh worked as a Chemist at Johnson Mattey Pharma Services from April 2006 to April 2007, and served as a Senior Organic Chemist at Johnson Matthey from August 2001 to April 2007. Laleh Jafarpour earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from The University of British Columbia between 1993 and 1998 and completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of New Orleans.
