Jackie Puglisi is an accomplished Process Development Principal Validation Scientist with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently employed at Nitto Avecia since January 2007. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Process Chemist at Avecia until March 2022, and as a Senior Process Development Associate at Shire Biologics from 1999 to November 2006, where responsibilities included developing and scaling biological processes for Pilot Plant transfer, focusing on recombinant proteins and viruses. Jackie has also held various process development associate roles at Biochem Pharma, ID Biomedical, GSK, as well as a position as Process Engineer III at Genzyme, and a process development associate role at Hybridon, showcasing a diverse background in process development spanning over two decades. Education was completed at Saint Joseph's College between 1986 and 1990.
