Dylan Rolfes possesses a strong background in chemical engineering, with a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University obtained in 2018. Currently serves as Project Coordinator II at Nitto Avecia since June 2019, where previous roles include Project Coordinator and Manufacturing Chemist. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Technician at Top of the Hill Performance LLC from January 2014 to June 2019, and a Research Assistant at the Davidson School of Chemical Engineering, contributing to the separation of rare earth elements and improving experimental procedures. Additionally, experience as a Manufacturing Development Intern at Hitachi Chemical involved redesigning machining cells to enhance production efficiency.
