Jamie Capodiferro serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at AVE by Korman Communities since September 2011, where responsibilities include developing talent acquisition strategies, leading employer branding initiatives, and managing recruitment processes. Previously held roles at AVE include Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Recruiting, focusing on attracting top talent, creating training and onboarding programs, and analyzing recruitment performance. Jamie Capodiferro has a solid background in event planning, having worked at Carlson Marketing Worldwide and Kraft Event Management, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Dance from Muhlenberg College.
