Michael Simonds, STSC, is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Pre-Construction Manager at AVB since December 2022. Previously, Michael was a Construction Manager at CSM Group and held senior roles at Kalamazoo Mechanical, Inc. and Mall City Mechanical, Inc., where responsibilities included project management, business development, and safety management. Michael's background also includes a Vice President position in Industrial Sales at Pro Services, Inc., and a product management role at Pro Renewables LLC. Michael began a military career in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman, specializing in civil engineering. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and Kalamazoo Valley Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from Galesburg-Augusta.
