Crispin Neads is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Avayler since November 2022, Crispin previously held the position of Head of Development at Paylink Solutions from December 2021 to November 2022. Crispin's career includes significant roles at Experian Consumer Services, where contributions as Head of Software Development and Software Development Manager spanned from March 2015 to November 2021. Prior to that, positions at IRESS included Software Development Manager, Head of Product Development for Avelo Trigold, and Delivery Manager for TrigoldCrystal from February 2006 to March 2015. Crispin began the professional journey at Fujitsu Global as Development Team Leader between 1998 and 2006 after earning a degree from the University of Bradford from 1993 to 1998.
