Mihir Mishra has extensive experience in the field of technical writing and documentation. With a background in leading and managing global teams, Mihir has worked in various roles such as Lead Information Engineer, Senior Information Developer, and Technical Author/Instructional Designer. Currently employed at Avaya, Mihir has been involved in supporting documentation deliverables for software and hardware products, as well as leading a team of technical writers. Prior to Avaya, Mihir has worked at Persistent Systems, Infospectrum India Private Limited, and NIIT Limited. Completed a course at Coursera from John Hopkins University in 2015.
