Sophia Hecht is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer solution management and account management. Currently serving as a Team Manager and previously as an Implementation Associate at Avature since October 2020, Sophia has developed expertise in customer solution management. Prior experience includes roles such as Administrative Accounting Assistant at VStudios 3D, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, vendor relations, and HR support, and Consultant at OBAL SRL, focusing on strategic improvement proposals. Earlier, Sophia contributed as a Sales Assistant at Villa Allende Paseos y Compras S.A., providing customer service and stock management.
