Sushant Kc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sushant is currently the Chief Executive Officer at AvatarLife, where they lead a team of developers and entrepreneurs in building a metaverse for cryptocurrencies. Prior to this, Sushant founded Willows Spa Private Limited in 2015 and grew it into the largest luxury spa chain in the city with 18 locations. Sushant introduced the concept of private steam rooms, adding a unique element of privacy for clients.

Before entering the spa industry, Sushant founded Diesel Technologies in 2011, starting with a small capital of $10. Sushant developed the company into a multi-million dollar business with over 200 affiliate partners worldwide. Diesel Technologies focused on providing high-end programming services and futuristic 3D-style online gaming experiences for residents of Secondlife.

Sushant also had a stint at IBM, where they held various roles. Sushant initially joined as a Client Engagement Manager in 2008, responsible for coordinating between the delivery team and clients, selling new ideas, and leveraging creativity. Sushant later transitioned to the role of Global Project Management Office Lead, where they managed projects, estimated costs, and facilitated client-side coordination.
