Jason Deschene began their work experience in 2017 as an Emergency Medical Technician at Ambulance Service of Manchester. During this role, they assessed patient conditions, monitored patients, and documented sensitive data.

In 2021, Jason worked as an IT Specialist at Marcus Communications, where they coordinated projects, supported and maintained various programs and products, and maintained an online presence through social media.

In 2022, Jason served as an Account Executive at Driver Schedule Software, demonstrating their ability to handle multiple account management projects, deliver solutions according to customer needs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Later in the same year, Jason worked as an IT Account Executive at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where they researched and identified prospective clients, managed job order processes, and served as the first point of contact for clients.

At REVGEN, Jason held the role of Sales Development Representative, establishing clear communication, creating qualified sales opportunities, and conducting research on customers and decision makers.

Starting in 2023, Jason joined Red Hat as an Enterprise Market Development Representative.

Jason Deschene completed their education history with an associate degree in General Studies from Manchester Community College, which they obtained between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they received their high school diploma from Lyman Memorial High School in the years 2009 to 2013. Jason also holds various additional certifications in different fields. Some of these include Analytics for Beginners from Google, Business Communications from HP, Certified Cradlepoint Network Associate from Cradlepoint, IT for Business Success from HP, Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn, and edX Verified Certificate for Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from Harvardx on edX. Furthermore, they obtained certifications such as Office 365 Fundamentals from Microsoft and Hazardous Materials Awareness from the State of Connecticut. Jason also holds a Q Endorsement from the State of Connecticut DMV, Flagging Level I from the State of Connecticut, and the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification from Apple. Jason is certified in CPR & AED through the American Heart Association and holds the Emergency Medical Technician, Basic certification from the State of Connecticut.
