Krupa Merlin's work experience includes roles as a Business Development Executive at AVASOFT Inc. Starting in October 2021, they worked in this position until March 2022. Krupa later returned to AVASOFT Inc in November 2021 to continue their role as a Business Development Executive.

Krupa Merlin completed a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Bharathiar University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, between 2015 and 2018, they attended Vellalar Matric Higher Secondary School, where they obtained an HSC degree in Business/Commerce. In December 2021, they also obtained a certification in Software Defined Networking and Cloud Computing from Alison - Empower Yourself.
