Ruth Lamb is an experienced technical manager with a comprehensive background in food safety, quality assurance, and compliance. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Technical Compliance Manager at Avara Foods since May 2020, Ruth oversees specification reviews and approvals. Prior to this, Ruth held the position of Technical Manager at RUSKIM SEAFOODS LIMITED, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality regulations across the supply chain. Ruth also worked as a Processing Certification Officer at Organic Farmers & Growers, where responsibilities included certifying organic food processing clients and providing technical guidance on EU organic legislation. Earlier career experience includes a role at McCain Foods (GB) Ltd as a Speciality Line Leader. Ruth holds a BSc in Food Science & Technology from the University of Lincoln & Humberside.
