Aman Dhinsa, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as a Human Resources Officer at Avara Foods since December 2022. With a diverse HR background, Aman has previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Getac and as a People & Change Consultant at Seymour John. Aman's career began at NIACE as a Conference Coordinator, followed by various roles at Hays, including Recruitment Consultant and Business Manager, where expertise in early years and SEN recruitment was developed.
