Matt Patrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Project Performance Manager at E3 Federal Solutions, LLC since April 2009, Matt manages GSA FEDSIM project account structures and financials, ensuring compliance with FAR regulations through diligent invoice analysis and tracking. Previously, Matt held the role of Project Manager at the GSA from 2013 to 2015 and worked as a Financial Analyst at Fannie Mae from March 2008 to February 2009, where responsibilities included providing housing and mortgage financial analyses and reporting to HUD. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from George Mason University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
