Josh Breuner is an experienced entrepreneur and operations leader with a robust background in the real estate and technology sectors. As the Founder of AvantSpace since January 2017, Breuner has demonstrated a commitment to innovation in the industry. Previously, Breuner served in multiple leadership roles at AvantStay from November 2016 to October 2021, including Director of Operations and Director of Development, enhancing operational efficiency and strategic growth. Prior to AvantStay, Breuner was the Strategic Operations Manager at Ghirardelli Property Group from January 2015 to November 2017, focusing on residential redevelopment in the San Francisco Bay Area. Breuner began a career in project management with IDG's Strategic Marketing Services from November 2013 to September 2015, where extensive multimedia marketing strategies were developed. Breuner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oregon, completed in 2013.
