Cecilia Gould is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avantor since February 2022. Previously, Cecilia worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Advisor at Aramco from July 2019 to February 2022 and as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Development Manager at Airswift between July 2017 and July 2019, where client relationships were developed and staffing strategies were implemented in collaboration with Line Managers. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at NES Global Talent from January 2016 to June 2017, focusing on direct hire placements in the Oil & Gas and Chemicals sectors. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University.
