Audrey Ruppert is an accomplished Chief of Staff at Avantia Law since December 2019, where responsibilities include developing company policy, coordinating senior leadership meetings, monitoring KPIs, and spearheading special projects, as well as leading graduate recruitment efforts. Prior to this role, Audrey served as Head of HR and Recruitment, where a graduate recruitment system was created and a successful junior team was hired. Audrey has also worked as a Data Analyst, contributing to innovative AI development in partnership with Oxford University. Earlier experience includes tutoring various subjects at Enjoy Education and participating in vacation schemes at leading law firms, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Covington & Burling LLP. Audrey holds an LPC from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London.
