Anna Schneider has extensive experience in account management and recruitment within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at AVANTGARDE Experts since September 2018, Anna has also held roles as an Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant at the same company. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Research Analyst at TALENTspy Executive Search from May 2017 to August 2018 and gained valuable experience as a Werkstudent and Praktikant im Personalwesen at Allianz from October 2015 to December 2016. Educationally, Anna holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Hochschule Fresenius and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hochschule Mittweida.
