Florine AUGUSTIN is the founder of AVANTAGE RH, a recruitment firm specializing in executive leadership, established in May 2010. Prior to this, Florine AUGUSTIN held the position of Human Resources Manager at a médico-social organization from July 2009 to May 2010 and served as an HR Manager at ERDF for a brief period in early 2009. Florine AUGUSTIN holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources and Business Strategy from IAE Tours, which was completed between 2008 and 2009.
