Carl Elmesiöö has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carl is currently the CEO at Avanta Ekonomi since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte as a Consultant from February 2022 to December 2022, and as an Analyst from October 2020 to February 2022. Carl also has experience at Valcon as a Junior Consultant from September 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they worked at Nordea Markets as an Assistant Analyst from August 2018 to June 2019. Carl started their career at Nordea as a Customer Support Agent, providing private customers with support, working part-time during their studies from September 2016 to August 2018. Carl's earlier experience includes working at 3 Sverige as a Sales Agent, where they also served as a Store Manager responsible for customer satisfaction, sales goals, employee development, recruitment, and store events.

Carl Elmesiöö received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Uppsala University, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. In 2017, they attended Copenhagen Business School and HEC Montréal for courses in Financial Investment and Financial Modeling, Futures and Options, Financial Statement Analysis, Risk Management, Decision Models, and ITO. In 2018, Carl enrolled at Stockholm University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Banking and Finance, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, in October 2021, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
