Juan Pablo Rios Avila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant management and electronic engineering. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Avant Technology since November 2015, Juan Pablo oversees various product support areas, including testing engineering, RMA, component-level testing, product repair services, and component remanufacturing. Prior to this role, Juan Pablo held the position of Supervisor of Testing & Production at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation from January 2003 to November 2016. Juan Pablo completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering at Instituto Tecnologico de Matamoros from 1998 to 2003.
