Erica Nompleggi, MSN, RN, CEN, currently serves as the NCLEX Education Manager at Avant Healthcare Professionals since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Emergency Room Nurse at AdventHealth from September 2016 to October 2019, and as a Community Health Nurse at The Chiles Academy from June 2013 to August 2016. Erica also worked as an Obstetrics Nurse at both Halifax Health Medical Center and Florida Hospital DeLand, and held the position of Office Manager at Jose Garcia Cosmetic Dentistry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Daytona State College. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Education at Western Governors University, with expected completion in 2024.
