In 1989, Ming Wu graduated in Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering from National Cheng Kung University1, and from 1993 he earned his MBA Technische Universitaet Dortmund in Germany. In 1993 Ming Wu joined Cygnus Incorporated, and currently the CEO of AvanStrate Inc. since 2020.
