Michael Adam Campbell started their work experience as a Teacher Assistant at St. Peter's College in 2014. After completing high school, they participated in an exchange program in New Zealand. In 2020, they joined MEUMANN WHITE ATTORNEYS as a Candidate Attorney and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working at Avania as a Legal Associate, starting in May 2022, and later promoted to Senior Legal Associate in February 2023.

Michael Adam Campbell attended St. Henry's Marist College in Durban, although the start and end years are unspecified. Following their schooling at St. Henry's Marist College, they enrolled at Stellenbosch University in 2015. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development and Environment for the 2015 academic year. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2019, they continued their education at Stellenbosch University, where they focused their studies on Law and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB).
