Alan Crane has extensive experience in human resources and compensation analysis, currently serving as a Principal Analyst at UIL Holdings Corporation since October 2007. Previously, Alan held the position of Senior HR Generalist and served as an HR Compensation Analyst at The United Illuminating Company from May 2003 to October 2007. Prior to that, Alan was employed as a Compensation Analyst at Ames Department Stores from October 1997 to April 2003. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Eastern Connecticut State University, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
