Mark Sims is a seasoned reliability engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Avangrid Renewables since June 2017, responsibilities include conducting cost and consumption analyses, fleet reporting, and project management for turbine installations. Prior to this role, Mark held a Senior Reliability Engineer position at Advanced Technology Services, where contributions included developing a Failure, Analysis, Reporting and Corrective Action System. Mark's career began with 31 years at the US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Center, following a Reliability Engineering Internship. The educational background includes a Master's degree in Mathematics from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Texas State University.
