Paul Phillips is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management, talent acquisition, and operations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business HR, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Global Head of Total Rewards, and Global Head of HR Strategy & Operations at Avanade, Paul has previously held significant roles as Global HR Strategy & Business Operations Director at CGI and HR Transformation Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, Paul worked as a Government & Public Sector Consultant at KPMG. Academically, Paul earned a BA Hons 2:1 in American & Canadian History & Literature from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC San Diego.
