Belinda Odell currently serves as the Global Recruitment Capability Lead at Avanade since February 2021. Prior to that, Belinda was the Talent Acquisition Operations and Experience Manager for EMEA and APJ at Citrix from January 2018 to February 2021. Belinda has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held positions at GE from August 2013 to January 2018, including Talent Acquisition - Global Operations and Simplification Excellence Leader and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where responsibilities included process standardization and recruitment across various sectors. Earlier roles include In House Recruitment Consultant at GE Healthcare and Temporaries Consultant at both Adecco and Kelly Services. Belinda's educational background includes attendance at The Misbourne School from 1992 to 1998.
