Lenka Nikolaidis is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial finance and strategic planning, currently serving as the Global Commercial Finance Controller at Avaloq since October 2017. In this role, Lenka partners with the sales organization to shape deals and contracts, manages sales commission, and drives performance reporting for leadership and investors. Previous positions at Avaloq include Senior Group Controller and Business Area Controller. Prior to Avaloq, Lenka worked at Unilever, focusing on finance business partnering in the supply chain, and held various financial roles at IBM, leading finance teams and managing financial performance. Lenka holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Marketing Management, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management.
