Johanna Bergquist has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Johanna started their career at Academic Work as a Recruitment Consultant Assistant, where they performed various tasks such as writing job ads, conducting interviews, and searching in databases. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Combitech AB, where they were responsible for the recruitment process for multiple offices. Johanna then joined Pingdom and SolarWinds as a Recruiter, handling recruitment at their offices. Their most recent role was at Avalon Innovation, where they held multiple positions including Recruiter & Team Leader, Recruitment Manager & Team Leader, and Head of People & Culture. In these roles, they focused on promoting the company's culture, managing recruitment teams, and helping the company grow. Overall, Johanna has developed a strong background in recruitment, HR, and team leadership.

Johanna Bergquist began their education at Uppsala University in 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English. Johanna studied English for four years until 2010. During the same period, from 2007 to 2010, they also obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Psychology from Uppsala University.

In 2011, Johanna attended Umeå University for a brief period, specializing in Human Resources. In 2012, they continued their education at Mid Sweden University, focusing on Finance. Additionally, they studied Labor Law at Mälardalen University in the same year.

Johanna also obtained two additional certifications: the "Personlighetstest 16pf" from Assessio in 2016, and the "Kompetensbaserad Rekrytering" certification from Assessio in 2013.
