Evan Nolan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2015, they worked at Brookview Golf Course, where they held the position of Par 3, Driving Range, and Pro Shop staff until 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Disc Jockey at Adagio Djay Entertainment. From 2018 to 2018, Evan served as a Volunteer Coordinator at NextGen America, overseeing recruitment, training, and communication of volunteers. In 2019, they worked at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse as a Student Senator and Peer Tutor, representing and advocating for students and mentoring on business-related subjects. In the same year, they also interned as a Project Management Intern at The Good Fight Community Center, where they led strategic marketing, community outreach, and partnership planning for a program. Evan then worked as a Career Services Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, generating content, increasing community engagement, and conducting research. In 2020, Evan joined Fidelity Investments as a Customer Relationship Advocate, communicating with clients about investing and educating them about Fidelity's offerings. In 2021, they joined Robinhood as a Customer Experience Representative, providing world-class service and resolving escalated customer experiences. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of CX Help Desk Representative, providing education and support to the customer service department, improving policies and procedures, and enhancing agent productivity. Finally, in 2022, they joined EnergyCAP, LLC as a Business Development professional, responsible for customer outreach and generating new sales opportunities. Currently, Evan works as an Account Manager at Avalon Communication Services LLC.
Evan Nolan completed their education with a high school diploma from Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in the field of Marketing/Marketing Management in 2011-2015. Evan then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from Saint John's University from 2015 to 2017. Finally, Evan Nolan obtained a degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2017 to 2019.
