Gerardo Navarro Viana is the CEO of Avalon Informatica since June 2019. Previously, Gerardo held the position of Director Operaciones BPO at Indra BPO from May 2013 to September 2018, overseeing growth and international expansion of BPO practices in Spain and Latam. With a background in IT outsourcing and project management, Gerardo has played key roles at companies like Indra and Eritel, working extensively with technology and automation to enhance service offerings. Gerardo holds degrees in Telecommunications and an MBA from IE Business School, with additional certifications in Project Management and Digital Transformation.
