Jose Garcia, PhD, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jose is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Availity, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, Jose worked as the Senior Director, Chief of Staff at Availity from May 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Availity, Jose worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2018 to May 2022. Jose initially joined as a Consultant and later progressed to the role of Project Leader.

Jose Garcia, PhD received a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida in 2012. Jose then went on to complete a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016. Following this, Jose pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed their degree in 2018.
