Matt Villano has over 30 years of professional experience in various sales and management roles. Matt currently works as the Regional Business Director - Northeast at Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc since January 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Sales at ChemoCentryx from June 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as the National Sales Director, Rheumatology & Pulmonology from January 2018 to June 2020, and as the Executive Regional Sales Manager, Rheumatology from June 2012 to January 2018. Before that, they held multiple roles at Abbott Laboratories, including Senior District Manager, Immunology from July 2007 to May 2012, District Manager, Neuroscience from August 2004 to July 2007, Product Manager from July 2002 to August 2004, Senior Specialty Sales Representative from October 1997 to June 2002, and Professional Medical Representative from September 1995 to September 1997. Matt began their career as a Sales Representative at Anheuser-Busch from November 1991 to August 1994.

Matt Villano attended St. John's University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
