Steve Sullivant is an experienced professional in event production, marketing, and leadership. Currently serving as the Growth Team Lead and Marketing Director at avad3 Event Production since July 2023, Sullivant also founded Sullivant Design in June 2016, where Steve acts as Design Lead. Previous roles include Director of Branding and Communications at Nucleus Advisors from April 2022 to April 2023, Worship & Outreach Pastor at Harvest Bible Chapel Fayetteville from July 2019 to May 2022, and Marketing Manager at Crown Beauty Bar from July 2019 to September 2020. Sullivant contributed as Worship & Creative Arts Pastor at Community Christian Fellowship from March 2015 to June 2019 and worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist at John Brown University from August 2012 to May 2014. Sullivant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Worship Arts from John Brown University, completed in 2014.
